Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) invites all SME Johor Selatan members and associates to attend the course as follows:

 

Date:	April 1 - 2, 2009 (Wed & Thu)
Time:	9:00am – 5:00pm
Venue:	MPC Wilayah Selatan, Bandar Baru UDA
Fees:	F.O.C

 

Objective of the course is to:

• Give knowledge and awareness to participants on the importance of good employer – employee relationship in order to improve the Productivity and Quality in respective organization.
• Give awareness of methods that strategic and effective to create a harmonious Industrial Relations Environment
• Discuss related law on salary payment, which can be guidance to prevent dispute and non-conformance connection on both sides
