Please be informed that University Tun Abdul Razak in conjunction with SMI Association of Malaysia invite your participation in the research project ‘High Potential Human Capital Development initiatives in Malaysian SMEs’.

We would appreciate your participation as entrepreneur/ owner/ manager representing your organization to gain valuable insights into the present and prospective trends in Human Capital development in Malaysia.

     The objective of the research is to address the challenges faced by the SME sector over a range of items including:

1)      Human Resource Practices - to assess the importance and prevalence of Human Resource practices.

2)      Human Resource Effectiveness - to assess the impact of Human Resources in your organization.
